Go Noodle is a fun, free website full of brain breaks and energizers for students to complete during class. The categories of activities range from dance breaks, athletic/track and field activities, and calm deep breathing. An added bonus of the site is that it tracks the number of minutes your students spend on the site and uses a silly character to motivate students to meet goals. When goals are met the character grows and changes in a silly way.

Move to Learn is all about getting students out of their desks for a five-minute exercise video. The activities are intended to be done around desks in the classroom and meant to refocus your students during the school day. The videos are broken into K-3 and 4-6 grade level bands. They are set to fun and engaging music and students tend to love the zany leader of the workout. There are also lesson plans and tips and strategies from other teachers on the website as well.
